High rollers can also opt for seaplane or helicopter transfer from Manila International Airport directly to Dive VIP.  The seaplane carries up to three passengers plus pilot at a cost of about $350 one way.  Two companies provide helicopter transfers at a cost of about $960 (max four passengers) and $1150 (max five passengers).

Bargain travelers and backpackers can also opt for public transportation.  Buses depart from Pasay in downtown Manila for the port of Batangas where regularly scheduled ferries and local boats depart for Puerto Galera.  From Puerto Galera, local bancas carry passengers directly to Dive VIP for about $5 per person.
